KTU Department of International Relations Hosts Erasmus+ Interns from France and Croatia

Office of Exchange Programmes continues to strengthen Karadeniz Technical University's international academic collaborations through the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships programme. In this context, the Department of International Relations, located within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, is hosting two Erasmus+ intern students.
David Malkhazov from the University of Lorraine in France and Spiro Cizmic from the University of Split in Croatia have chosen Karadeniz Technical University to carry out their internships. David Malkhazov, who began his internship on March 30, 2026, will be engaged in academic and professional activities at the Department of International Relations until July 31, 2026, while Spiro Cizmic, who started his traineeship on April 1, 2026, will continue his activities until May 31, 2026.
As a part of their programme, David and Spiro also visited the Office of Exchange Programmes to receive detailed information regarding their Erasmus+ processes. The meeting concluded with a commemorative photo.
While our students' internship activities under the Erasmus+ programme contribute to the global recognition of Karadeniz Technical University, the students themselves gain the opportunity to closely experience the academic environment in Türkiye and acquire practical experience in their fields. As the Office of Exchange Programmes team, we wish our students a fruitful and successful internship period.
